Title 46 - MILITIA AND MILITARY AFFAIRS
Chapter 11 - CODE OF MILITARY JUSTICE
Section 46-1158 - ASSAULTING OR WILLFULLY DISOBEYING SUPERIOR OFFICER, WARRANT OFFICER OR NONCOMMISSIONED OFFICER.
(1) Strikes his superior commissioned, warrant or noncommissioned officer or draws or lifts up any weapon or offers any violence against him while he is in the execution of his office; or
(2) Willfully disobeys a lawful command of his superior commissioned, warrant or noncommissioned officer;
shall be punished as a court-martial may direct.
