Payment of administrative expenses. The manager shall have the authority to pay from the industrial special indemnity fund necessary expenses of administration involving the industrial special indemnity fund, including secretarial help, equipment and supplies, medical and other experts, witnesses, legal counsel, and similar aid and services.
