ACKNOWLEDGMENTS
55-727. Judgment entitles instrument to record. A certified copy of the judgment in a proceeding instituted under either of the two (2) preceding sections, showing the proof of the instrument, and attached thereto, entitles such instrument to record, with like effect as if acknowledged.
