COSMETICIANS
54-821. Administrative regulations. The board shall have authority to adopt, promulgate, and amend rules and regulations for the conduct of cosmetological establishments and schools of cosmetology to safeguard the public health, safety, and welfare, and for the performance of its duties and the regulation of proceedings before the board.
