ACCIDENTS
49-1313. Any incorporated city may require accident reports. Any incorporated city may by ordinance require that the driver of a vehicle involved in an accident also file with a designated city department a report of an accident or a copy of any report required to be filed with the department. All such reports shall be subject to disclosure according to chapter 3, title 9, Idaho Code.
