DAIRIES AND DAIRY PRODUCTS

37-310. Empty bottles from quarantined premises. No person, firm or corporation shall remove from any dwelling in which any communicable disease exists any bottles or other receptacles which have been or which are to be used for containing or storing milk, except by permission of the department of agriculture.
