School building maintenance matching funds. If the amount of money appropriated from the school district building account created in section 33-905, Idaho Code, is insufficient to meet the state matching fund requirements of section 33-1019, Idaho Code, then such insufficiency shall be made up with a distribution from the public education stabilization fund created in section 33-907, Idaho Code.
