Obligations to retirement and social security benefits. Based upon the actual salary-based apportionment, as determined in section 33-1004E, Idaho Code, plus distributions made pursuant to section 33 1004I, Idaho Code, there shall be allocated that amount required to meet the employer's obligations to the public employee retirement system and to social security.
