21-606 VALLEY COUNTY -- LEASE OF LANDS.

21-606. Valley County -- Lease of lands. The state board of land commissioners is hereby authorized to lease the lands described in section 21-605, for public airport purposes upon such terms and conditions as the board may determine best in the interest of the state and for such a term as said land shall be used for such purposes.
