67-7113. Violations -- Accountable for property damage. (1) Any person who violates any provision of sections 67-7102 through section 67-7112, Idaho Code, shall be guilty of an infraction, and shall be punished by a fine of not less than ten dollars ($10.00) nor more than one hundred dollars ($100). In addition thereto the operator and/or owner of the snowmobile shall be responsible and held accountable to the owner of any lands where trees, shrubs or other property have been damaged as the result of travel over their premises.
