2005 Idaho Code - 72-1472 — SEPARABILITY

                                  TITLE  72
                      WORKER'S COMPENSATION AND RELATED
                        LAWS -- INDUSTRIAL COMMISSION
                                  CHAPTER 14
                          FIREMEN'S RETIREMENT FUND
    72-1472.  SEPARABILITY. If any clause, section or provision of this
chapter be found to be unconstitutional, the remainder of this chapter shall
remain in full force and effect, notwithstanding such invalidity.
