                      WORKER'S COMPENSATION AND RELATED
                        LAWS -- INDUSTRIAL COMMISSION
                                  CHAPTER 14
                          FIREMEN'S RETIREMENT FUND
    72-1452.  REVIEW OF DISABILITY. Upon application of a firefighter
receiving a disability benefit, irrespective of the date of retirement,
whether service or nonservice connected, or upon the board's own motion, the
disability shall be reviewed by the board to determine whether a change of
condition has occurred which would justify increasing or decreasing the
disability benefit. The board may make such order as is appropriate. Such
review shall only occur once every three (3) years after the date of the first
disability payment.
