2005 Idaho Code - 72-1425 — WORKERS\' COMPENSATION LAW NOT REPEALED

                                  TITLE  72
                      WORKER'S COMPENSATION AND RELATED
                        LAWS -- INDUSTRIAL COMMISSION
                                  CHAPTER 14
                          FIREMEN'S RETIREMENT FUND
    72-1425.  WORKERS' COMPENSATION LAW NOT REPEALED. No provision contained
in this chapter shall be deemed to operate as either a repeal or modification
of any provision of the Workers' Compensation Law of this state, except as
hereinafter specifically set forth.
