                                  CHAPTER 14
                          FIREMEN'S RETIREMENT FUND
    72-1421.  FUNDS -- HOW USED. All moneys coming into the public employee
retirement account under the provisions of this chapter are hereby
continuously appropriated for the objects and purposes of this chapter and the
uses and purposes set forth in this chapter, and to pay all costs and expenses
to be incurred and the costs of administration thereof by the public employee
retirement system as herein provided.
