                           EMPLOYMENT SECURITY LAW
    72-1342.  DISCLOSURE OF INFORMATION. Information obtained from any
employer or individual pursuant to the administration of this chapter, and
determinations of the benefit rights of any individual shall be subject to
disclosure as provided in chapter 3, title 9, Idaho Code, except that such
information may be made available to public employees in the performance of
their public duties subject to such restrictions and fees as the director may
by rule prescribe.
