                                  TITLE 72
                      WORKER'S COMPENSATION AND RELATED

                             STATE INSURANCE FUND
72-920. WITHDRAWAL FROM FUND. Any employer may upon complying with
subdivision 2 of section 72-801, withdraw from the fund by turning in his
insurance contract or policy for cancelation, provided he is not in arrears
for premiums due to the fund and has given to the manager 30 days' written
notice of his intention to withdraw; and also provided that in case any
employer so withdraws, his liability to assessments shall continue after the
date of such withdrawal as against all liabilities for such compensation
accruing prior to such withdrawal.
Any employer so withdrawing may, however, terminate his entire liability
by paying to the manager such sum as said manager may deem sufficient to cover
such liabilities.
