                                  PROCEDURES
    72-716.  RECORD OF PROCEEDINGS -- SERVICE OF ORDER OR AWARD. A decision of
the commission together with the transcript of the evidence, findings of fact,
rulings of law, award or order, and any other matter pertinent to the
questions arising during the hearing shall be filed in the office of the
commission. A copy of the decision shall be immediately sent to the parties by
United States mail.
