                      WORKER'S COMPENSATION AND RELATED
                        LAWS -- INDUSTRIAL COMMISSION
                                  CHAPTER 2
                        SCOPE -- COVERAGE -- LIABILITY
    72-203.  EMPLOYMENTS COVERED. This law shall apply to all public
employment and to all private employment including farm labor contracting not
expressly exempt by the provisions of section 72-212, Idaho Code.
