                                  CHAPTER 15
                           PORT DISTRICTS -- POWERS
    70-1506.  FOREIGN TRADE ZONES. A port district may apply to the proper
authority of the United States under any law now or hereafter in force for the
right to establish, operate and maintain foreign trade zones within the limits
of the port district and may establish, operate and maintain such foreign
trade zones.
