                                  CHAPTER 15
                           PORT DISTRICTS -- POWERS
    70-1503.  OWNERSHIP AND OPERATION OF PROPERTY IN GENERAL. A port district
may own and control lands, leases, and all easements and interests in land and
all manner of personal property for all lawful port purposes and operate any
and all property or facilities in any way acquired or owned by such port
district, either within or without the boundaries of said district.
