2005 Idaho Code - 68-825 — SEVERABILITY

                                  TITLE  68
                            TRUSTS AND FIDUCIARIES
                                  CHAPTER 8
                             TRANSFERS TO MINORS
    68-825.  SEVERABILITY. The provisions of this chapter are hereby declared
to be severable and if any provision of this chapter or the application of
such provision to any person or circumstance is declared invalid for any
reason, such declaration shall not affect the validity of remaining portions
of this chapter.
