2005 Idaho Code - 68-506 — IMPARTIALITY

                                  TITLE  68
                            TRUSTS AND FIDUCIARIES
                                  CHAPTER 5
                         UNIFORM PRUDENT INVESTOR ACT
    68-506.  IMPARTIALITY. If a trust has two (2) or more beneficiaries, the
trustee shall act impartially in investing and managing the trust assets,
taking into account any differing interests of the beneficiaries.
