    67-7713.  LICENSURE REQUIREMENTS. A charitable or nonprofit organization
conducting a bingo game shall be required to obtain a license if the gross
annual bingo sales are ten thousand dollars ($10,000) or more. A charitable or
nonprofit organization conducting a raffle shall be required to obtain a
license if the maximum aggregate value of merchandise exceeds one thousand
dollars ($1,000).
