2005 Idaho Code - 67-7022 — OVERLOADING

                                  TITLE  67
                      STATE GOVERNMENT AND STATE AFFAIRS
                                  CHAPTER 70
                            IDAHO SAFE BOATING ACT
    67-7022.  OVERLOADING. It shall be unlawful for any person to operate any
vessel loaded with passengers or cargo beyond its safe carrying capacity
taking into consideration weather and other existing operating conditions. It
is also unlawful for any vessel to exceed the capacity established by a
capacity plate required in this chapter.
