2005 Idaho Code - 67-7016 — GROSSLY NEGLIGENT OPERATION

                      STATE GOVERNMENT AND STATE AFFAIRS
                                  CHAPTER 70
                            IDAHO SAFE BOATING ACT
    67-7016.  GROSSLY NEGLIGENT OPERATION. It shall be unlawful for any person
to operate any vessel on the waters of the state of Idaho in such a manner as
to endanger the life or limb, or damage the property of any person, and
whosoever shall do so is guilty of the crime of grossly negligent operation
and shall be punished as hereinafter provided.
