                             AUDITORIUM DISTRICTS
    67-4923.  NOTICE OF ELECTION. The board of a district authorized to levy
and collect ad valorem taxes shall prescribe the form of the notice of
election, and direct the publication of the same, the first publication of
said notice to be not less than twelve (12) days prior to the election and the
second notice shall be not less than five (5) days prior to the election.
