                            STATE REFUNDING BONDS
    67-3704.  ANNUAL LEVY FOR PAYMENT OF INTEREST AND PRINCIPAL. In order to
provide for the payment of the interest and principal upon such bonds as they
may become due and payable there is hereby levied annually upon each dollar of
assessable property within the state of Idaho a sum of money sufficient to
meet such payments, until such bonds and the interest thereon are fully paid
and redeemed.
