                            DEPARTMENT OF FINANCE
    67-2720.  DUTY OF ATTORNEY GENERAL TO AID DEPARTMENT. The attorney general
shall when called upon by the department of finance, aid it in any
investigation or matter; giving legal advice, and shall supervise the
prosecution of all offenders under the provisions of this chapter.
