                           MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS
    67-2339.  MUTUAL AID BY STATE AGENCIES. State agencies may provide mutual
aid, including personnel, equipment, detention facilities, including the state
penitentiary and other available resources, to assist cities or political
subdivisions in accordance with mutual aid agreements or at the direction of
the governor.
