                           STATE BOARD OF EXAMINERS
    67-2015.  REGULATIONS FOR PROOF OF CLAIMS. The state board of examiners
shall make such regulations not inconsistent with law in relation to proof of
claims against the state as in its judgment will safeguard the funds of the
state and facilitate the examination of claims.
