    67-1607.  ORGANIZATION OF THE COMMISSION. The commission shall meet not
less than four (4) times per year. A majority of the membership of the
commission constitutes a quorum to transact business. Public members of the
commission shall be reimbursed for actual and necessary expenses as provided
in section 59-909 [59-509](c), Idaho Code. Public members are entitled to
reimbursement for reasonable travel expenses incurred in the performance of
their duties as a member as provided by law.
