2005 Idaho Code - 67-464 — QUORUM
TITLE 67 STATE GOVERNMENT AND STATE AFFAIRS CHAPTER 4 LEGISLATURE 67-464. QUORUM. There shall be no business transacted, including adoption of a rule or procedure, without the presence of a quorum of the committee and no action shall be valid unless approved by the majority of those members present and voting and entered upon the minutes of the committee.
