    67-405.  ADMINISTERING OF OATHS TO MEMBERS AND OFFICERS -- OATHS TO
WITNESSES BEFORE COMMITTEES. The president and president pro tem, of the
senate, and the speaker and speaker pro tem, of the house, may administer the
oath of office to any member, and to the officers of their respective bodies.
The members of any committee may administer oaths to witnesses in any matter
under examination.
