                      STATE GOVERNMENT AND STATE AFFAIRS
                                  CHAPTER 4
                                 LEGISLATURE
    67-404b.  RULES. At the beginning of the first regular session, or at the
organizational session, of each legislature, both houses shall adopt permanent
rules of procedures. The rules in effect at the last regular session of the
immediately preceding legislature shall serve as the temporary rules of the
legislature until the adoption of permanent rules.
