2005 Idaho Code - 67-107 — ACT SUPREME AND CONTROLLING

                                  TITLE  67
                      STATE GOVERNMENT AND STATE AFFAIRS
                                  CHAPTER 1
                              SEAT OF GOVERNMENT
    67-107.  ACT SUPREME AND CONTROLLING. The provisions of this act shall
control and be supreme in the event it shall be employed notwithstanding any
statutory, charter or ordinance provision to the contrary or in conflict
herewith.
