                       HOSPITALIZATION OF MENTALLY ILL
    66-328.  JURISDICTION OF PROCEEDINGS FOR COMMITMENT. Proceedings for the
care of mentally ill persons shall be had in the district court of the county
where the person to be treated resides; except that such proceedings may be
had in the district court of any other county of this state where such person
is found upon the payment to such nonresident county by such residence county
of such additional filing and hearing costs, and such reasonable medical and
attorney fees or other fees as may be fixed by law or by the court where the
proceedings are proposed to be had.
