2005 Idaho Code - 59-1376 — BENEFITS TO TEACHER MEMBERS NOT TO BE LESS THAN THOSE PAID IF SYSTEM HAD NOT BEEN INTEGRATED

                      PUBLIC EMPLOYEES RETIREMENT SYSTEM
    59-1376.  BENEFITS TO TEACHER MEMBERS NOT TO BE LESS THAN THOSE PAID IF
SYSTEM HAD NOT BEEN INTEGRATED. Benefits paid teacher members who became
eligible for benefits under the employee system shall never be less than the
benefits such teacher members would have received as annuitants or that their
beneficiaries would have received from the teachers system if the systems had
not been integrated.
