                          PUBLIC OFFICERS IN GENERAL
                                  CHAPTER 13
                      PUBLIC EMPLOYEES RETIREMENT SYSTEM
    59-1365.  VOLUNTARY UNUSED SICK LEAVE POOL. The board is authorized to
establish and administer an unused sick leave pool for the voluntary
participation of employer units not eligible to participate in other
statutorily created sick leave arrangements. The pool shall be funded entirely
by the contributions of participating employer units and the board may charge
reasonable administrative expenses for administration. The requirements, rates
and parameters for participation in the pool will be set forth by rules of the
board.
