2005 Idaho Code - 59-1350 — DEFERRAL OF EARLY RETIREMENT

                                  TITLE  59
                          PUBLIC OFFICERS IN GENERAL
                                  CHAPTER 13
                      PUBLIC EMPLOYEES RETIREMENT SYSTEM
    59-1350.  DEFERRAL OF EARLY RETIREMENT. Early retirement may be deferred
by a member until the date he would have been eligible for service retirement
had he remained an active member.
