                      PUBLIC EMPLOYEES RETIREMENT SYSTEM
    59-1327.  MAKING A FALSE CLAIM -- MISDEMEANOR. Any person making a false
claim for allowance of benefits or payment of money under the provisions of
this chapter, knowing the same to be false, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor
and shall be punished pursuant to the provisions of section 18-113, Idaho
Code.
