                        PROHIBITIONS AGAINST CONTRACTS
                                WITH OFFICERS
    59-203.  PROHIBITED CONTRACTS VOIDABLE. Every contract made in violation
of any of the provisions of the two (2) preceding sections may be avoided at
the instance of any party except the officer interested therein.
