2005 Idaho Code - 57-1406 — NO LIABILITY FOR TRANSFER OF FUNDS TO STATE

                                  TITLE  57
                           PUBLIC FUNDS IN GENERAL
                                  CHAPTER 14
                          RURAL REHABILITATION FUNDS
    57-1406.  NO LIABILITY FOR TRANSFER OF FUNDS TO STATE. The United States
and the secretary of agriculture thereof, shall be held free from liability by
virtue of the transfer of the assets to the director of the department of
agriculture of the state of Idaho pursuant to this act.
