                                  TITLE  56
                        PUBLIC ASSISTANCE AND WELFARE
                                  CHAPTER 8
                            HARD-TO-PLACE CHILDREN
    56-801.  LEGISLATIVE INTENT. The purpose and intent of this act is to
benefit hard-to-place children residing in foster or institutional homes at
state expense by providing the stability and security of permanent homes, and
in so doing, achieve a decrease of total state expense by the reduction of
costly foster and institutional care. Accordingly this act shall apply only to
hard-to-place children.
