                             PROPERTY IN GENERAL
                                  CHAPTER 22
                   UNDERGROUND FACILITIES DAMAGE PREVENTION
    55-2207.  DUTIES OF PUBLIC AGENCY ISSUING EXCAVATION PERMITS. (1) Any
public agency issuing permits authorizing excavation operations shall notify
persons seeking such permits of the existence of this chapter and the one-call
locator service telephone number.
    (2)  A permit shall not be valid for excavation until or unless the notice
provisions of this section have been complied with.
