2005 Idaho Code - 55-1804 — PROHIBITIONS ON DISPOSITIONS OF INTERESTS IN SUBDIVISIONS
TITLE 55 PROPERTY IN GENERAL CHAPTER 18 SALE OR DISPOSITION OF LAND LOCATED OUTSIDE THE STATE 55-1804. PROHIBITIONS ON DISPOSITIONS OF INTERESTS IN SUBDIVISIONS. Unless the subdivided lands or the transaction is exempt under section 55-1805, Idaho Code, it shall be unlawful for any person in this state: 1. To offer or to dispose of any interest in subdivided lands located without this state prior to the time that the subdivided lands are registered in accordance with this act; 2. To dispose of any interest in subdivided lands unless a current public offering statement is delivered to the purchaser and the purchaser is afforded a reasonable opportunity to examine the public offering statement prior to the disposition. 3. To offer or dispose of any interest in a time shared property located within or without this state prior to the time that the time shared property is registered in accordance with this act.
