               IDAHO LIQUEFIED PETROLEUM GAS PUBLIC SAFETY ACT
    54-5311.  DENIAL OR ISSUANCE OF LICENSES. (1) The board shall approve or
disapprove all applications, and in the event an application is disapproved,
the board shall promptly return to the applicant the license fee. Within
fifteen (15) days after the denial of a license, the board shall notify the
applicant of the denial and specify the reasons for the denial.
    (2)  If the applicant is qualified for licensing pursuant to the
provisions of this chapter, the board shall approve the application and issue
a license for the appropriate classification according to section 54-5312,
Idaho Code.
    (3)  If the application for a facility license is complete and meets the
provisions of this chapter, and the applicant attests that the equipment used
at the facility complies with the minimum safety standards established by the
board, the board shall approve the application and issue a license for the
appropriate classification according to section 54-5312, Idaho Code.
