                                  CHAPTER 53
               IDAHO LIQUEFIED PETROLEUM GAS PUBLIC SAFETY ACT
    54-5304.  LICENSE REQUIRED -- BUSINESS ENTITIES -- NAME AND ADDRESS
CHANGE. (1) It shall be unlawful for any person to practice or to offer to
engage in any practice governed by this chapter, or display a sign or in any
other way advertise or represent oneself as a person who engages in such
practices, unless duly licensed in accordance with this chapter. The license
shall be posted in the person's established place of business or carried upon
the person, and shall be presented upon demand as proof of licensing.
    (2)  A person, corporation, partnership, trust, association or other legal
entity may maintain an established facility for engaging in an operation
governed by this chapter, provided that such facility is properly licensed
pursuant to this chapter. No person, corporation, partnership, trust,
association or other legal entity may operate or conduct business under an
assumed business name unless such operation or business is registered in
accordance with the rules of the board.
    (3)  All holders of individual or facility licenses shall notify the board
in writing of any change of address of office or established place of business
within thirty (30) days of such change.
    (4)  All holders of individual or facility licenses shall report to the
board and provide official documentation of any name change within thirty (30)
days after the change becomes final.
