                    NATUROPATHIC PHYSICIANS LICENSING ACT
    54-5101.  LEGISLATIVE PURPOSE AND INTENT. It is the intent of the Idaho
legislature that nothing in this chapter will limit the decision in State v.
Smith except to the extent that certain modalities of treatment shall require
a license pursuant to this chapter. To that end it is not the intent of the
legislature to regulate the practice of natural health care services as it is
defined in this chapter, except as expressly provided herein.
