                    PROFESSIONS, VOCATIONS, AND BUSINESSES
                                  CHAPTER 45
              PUBLIC WORKS CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT LICENSING ACT
    54-4513.  PENALTIES. Any person who violates any provision of this chapter
shall, upon conviction, be guilty of a misdemeanor, and shall be punished by a
fine not to exceed five thousand dollars ($5,000) or by imprisonment in the
county jail for a term not to exceed one (1) year, or by both such fine and
imprisonment, at the discretion of the court.
