                        RESPIRATORY CARE PRACTICE ACT
    54-4317.  CONTRACTS FOR VERIFICATION. The board is authorized to enter
into such contracts with the national board for respiratory care, inc. as may
be necessary or advisable to provide for or to facilitate verification of any
applicant's claim that such applicant has successfully completed the entry
level examination and/or the written registry and clinical simulation
examinations.
